Runny Honey
All our regular runny honey is from the Sevenoaks area with a little also from Hildenborough. If you suffer from pollen allergies in late Summer then this is the honey that could help you. As it is collected by the bees in July and August from the abundance of trees, garden plants and blackberry that flowers at this time.
Sevenoaks Honey
Our runny Sevenoaks honey is a honey selected for its lighter colour and mellow taste. Collected by the bees from the wild flowers on the southern slopes of the Downs within the Sevenoaks District.
Soft Set Honey
Our soft set honey is collected by the bees in the spring from all over the District. This honey could help with springtime pollen allergies.
Apple Blossom Honey
Our apple blossom honey is collected from orchards in the Paddock Wood and Faversham areas. The bees are taken to these orchards for crop pollination and are brought away as the blossom finishes.
Lavender Honey
Our lavender honey is collected by the bees around the lavender fields at Castle Farm. This honey is only available from the farm shop at Castle Farm.
Castle Farm Honey
In addition to the lavender honey above, we also have wildflower and soft set honey collected from and sold exclusively at Castle Farm.
Squerryes Estate Honey
Our honey that carries this label is collected from colonies on the Squerryes Estate in Westerham. It is only available in the Squerryes Estate Deli & Garden Café, just off of Beggars Lane next to the Squerryes Winery.
Brandshatch Place Honey
Our honey carrying this label is collected exclusively from colonies located on the grounds of Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa. This honey is only available at the hotel reception.
Clover Honey
Our clover honey is also from the district of Sevenoaks and is currently a limited edition honey from the 2022 season. Hopefully the clover will be available for the bees to forage next year.
